I used a lot of image adjustments- such as contrast, brightness, saturation, and curves. I added this underwater photo filter and diffused it to add a glow. I decided to duplicate and transform the hand while rotating it- perhaps the two hands want to hold each other or are giving a high five. I added the text 'Paris Je T'aime' because I thought it went along with the romantic theme of the picture.
